No Excuses!

How many of you will literally talk yourself out of working out? I mean there are a million and one reasons you cannot work out that day. It may be because you have to work a 10 hour day, it’s a little too cold outside, I don’t have anyone to go with me, or maybe because you went to bed a little too late last night. I could go on, and on, and on, but you get my point. What about these ladies in the picture that have babies in their bellies? They have a perfectly good excuse not to workout out…if they wanted one. I am at the gym quite a bit, and I see them there just as much. Gillian, and Jackie are such an inspiration to me. Just because they are pregnant, does not give them the excuse to eat like animals, and not take care of their heart health. They know their limitations to what they can and cannot do, but they still get great workouts in.  If these two can get up, and find the motivation to workout… so can you! It’s time to stop making excuses!  Anything you do for 90 days consistently becomes a habit..Working out may seem like a hard habit to make, and an easy one to break, so don’t think about it. Just do it! I promise you that you will be glad you did. You will feel 1000 percent better. Your skin and hair will look better, your body will look better and you’ll have tons more energy.  So go ahead, and take the first steps.no excuses
